Registration Rates

The Early Rate is available until Monday, 10 June 2019, midnight GMT. The Late Rate is applicable immediately after, from Tuesday, 11 June to Sunday, 4 August 2019, midnight GMT. The Onsite Rate applies from Monday, 5 August 2019.

Please note that if you register under the Low-Income Rate, we will check your eligibility to ensure that you qualify under this rate. If you have residence outwith the qualifying countries but your country of origin is listed as a low-income country you will not qualify.

The registration fee includes:

  • Attendance at all scientific sessions and entrance to the exhibition hall
  • All Congress materials
  • Morning and afternoon refreshment breaks and lunch
  • Welcome Reception at the Science Centre

Terms and Conditions

Payment of Registration Fees
Full payment must be made by credit/debit card at the time of registering.
Cards accepted are VISA, Visa Debit and MasterCard, unfortunately we cannot accept American Express, Purchasing Cards or Maestro.
Entry to the conference will not be permitted unless full payment has been received. On receipt of your registration form, a confirmation email and receipt will be sent to you by the conference organisers. If you have not received this within 5 working days of registering, please contact the conference organisers by emailing 

Delegate Cancellation
Notification of cancellation must be submitted by email to the conference organisers (In Conference Ltd) by emailing 
Cancellations made on or before Tuesday, 25 June 2019, midnight GMT will be refunded less the £50 administration fee. Cancellations made after Tuesday, 25 June 2019, midnight GMT will NOT be refunded. No Shows will NOT be refunded.

Validity of Passport
It is your responsibility to ensure that your passport is valid for travel and we recommend that you check with your local Embassy.  Please note that some countries require your passport to be valid for up to 3 months from the date of return.

Non-EU participants may require a Visa to enter the UK. To check if you need a UK Visa please click here. Delegates may also contact the consulate/embassy in their home country for further information.

VISA Applications and Letter of Invitation from the Organising Secretariat
If you require a letter to confirm your registration please complete the online registration form and make payment. Please email  to request a letter after you have registered and made payment. Please note invitation letters can only be issued to invited speakers.
If your visa is declined we are only able to offer refunds in line with our cancellation terms and conditions.

Certificates of Attendance
Certificates will be emailed to all delegates shortly after the congress and are only available for delegates who attend the congress.

Liability
By no means shall IASSIDD or In Conference ltd be held liable, either directly or indirectly, for any problematic issue that may occur within the framework of the congress and its organisation, not only with respect to the organisers but also with respect to third parties (airline companies, hotels, transportation, taxis, etc.) while in the performance of duties or services even indirectly related to the congress.
This contractual liability exemption clause is equally valid in case of an event of force majeure which leads to the disruption and/or the partial or complete cancellation of the congress programme, for reasons not attributable to IASSIDD or In Conference ltd. An event of force majeure is defined as an unforeseen and exceptional event – be it climatic, environmental, political or socio-economic – and does not imply any limitation.
Furthermore, the delegate also expressly agrees to totally absolve IASSIDD 2019 from any responsibility and liability with regard to travel insurance and related costs or claims. It is solely up to the individual to seek out and purchase or otherwise obtain the necessary insurance with regards to his/her travel, etc. and/or to independently issue a claim against any third party that may be responsible for direct or indirect losses or damages caused to or suffered by the delegate en route to and from the congress.
